Refund policy

Our guides are digital downloads delivered instantly through Gumroad. Once the files are delivered they cannot be returned, so the policy below is deliberately clear about the cases where we refund anyway.
We refund in full when
- You were charged twice for the same guide.
- The files did not arrive and Gumroad cannot deliver them to you.
- A file is wrong or broken and we cannot replace it.
- The guide's own safety screens or your BMI say it is not for you, and you ask within 7 days of buying. Skinny Fat to Strong is written for adults with a BMI under 25 and stops at its own screen for anyone over that line or with a stop-screen answer. If that is you, you did nothing wrong, and the guide was not the right purchase.
We do not refund
- A change of mind after the files were delivered.
- Results. The guide tells you what to measure and what to do next; it never promised pounds, kilos, inches or dates, and we cannot refund against a promise nobody made.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Where that law gives you more, the law wins.
How to ask
- Reply to your Gumroad purchase receipt, or email [email protected] from the address you bought with.
- Tell us the guide name and, for the safety-screen case, which screen or BMI line applies. You do not need to send measurements or health details.
- Refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our reply.
Help with a file instead
If a PDF will not open or the sheet looks wrong, tell us first. Most file problems are fixed with a fresh download link the same day, which is faster than a refund and keeps the guide in your library.
